Normative Behaviourism: A Reply

Normative behaviourism says that the measure of political principles is how we respond to them in practice, not they appear us theory, but a sustainable distinction? Does normative end up relying on mentalism, or even utilitarianism? it assume too much data either have now could ever have? bind status quo presume history? All these are plausible worries, though perhaps fatal ones, provided one remembers at least two things: first, judge this approach by comparing alternatives; second, keep experimenting, both politics and philosophy alike, including with itself.
